After the online payment you will receive an automatic e-mail message that the transaction was successful. All payments are made in Euro.

If you do not obtain anything, please send an email to make sure that the Organizer has received your booking. Registration will only be effective on receipt of the registration fee or after authorization of credit card payment. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

All cancellations must be received in writing or by email by April 15th. Refunds will be provided minus a handling and transaction charge of €100.

No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after April 15th.

Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. If a substitution is necessary, please email us ahead of time or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the on-site registration counter. This will help simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.

No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

XP2014 reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that XP2014 should have to cancel the XP2014 Conference, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference, but XP2014 is not responsible for any attendees’ other related expenses, including hotel and travel.

Refunds will be issued within 20 business days after the scheduled conclusion of the conference. Sorry, XP2014 cannot, and does not, make exceptions to this policy.

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in written form – with an indication of full name, invoice number and bank details for reimbursement.

The Organizer does not accept liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content.

The Organizer will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the XP2014 Conference.

The Organizer may free of charge and without the further consent of the participants use and release pictures and shots taken of the participants and/or their works (such as posters, excerpts of presentations or lectures) during the Conference for reports of the Conference and announcement of events in future.
